My name is Lennart Müller.

My playing career took me to clubs including Erzgebirge Aue, Hannover 96 and Hamburger SV. A serious knee injury ended my time as a player earlier than planned – and opened the door to a new side of professional football.

After a business apprenticeship, a degree in Sports Management and several coaching licenses, my focus today is on the long-term guidance and development of players.

For me, it's never just about the next contract or transfer – it's about connecting sporting and personal growth with a clear career plan.

My career started on the pitch. Today, it continues from the stands.
